car feels slower at wot than 95% throttle Whenever I floor my car it feels noticiably slower than when it is at 90-95%. My ses light is on(O2's). Do I just need new O2's? or a tune?

well do you have mods where a tune is needed?? and if its saying your o2s are bad then you def. need to replace them. And when the ses light is on ive been told that puts the car in safe mode so it doesnt mess the car up. which might explain y it feels like it runs better at 95% other than 100%.
