piston/valve clearance with cc306?

should i have any valve clearance issues with my cc306 on my lt1? stock heads for now, with corresponding springs,locks,etc. stock valves, flat top pistons? thanks

Many guys run that cam on stock pistons but they have valve releifs cut into them. I don't know how close it would be with flat top pistons.
