Great video! Many thanks to all who came out, especially the HPD and HALO members. Today's event was one of the best street car drag events I have ever seen. We plan to do it again soon. Thanks again G!

Anyone catch a time on that black 73 charger that was out there with the A&M sports car club. He's been trying to call me out for months and i heard the car wouldn't break outa the 14s... Looks like a cool video, i would have gone for nothing else but to watch but i had a job interview in San Antonio that day...

anyone has the video of my nissan running 8.6 and 8.7??
that track was hooking..i was afraid of it at first because the lanes were so narrow..my supra ran its best 8th mile times..it was a little scary at the end of the track due to the crazy cross wind so i let off...but the Nissan ran 8s with drag radials..
Ya did a great job John H..for prepping that track...Im sure more Supras will be back!!!

I was kind of bummed out that I did not get to bring either of the 3 cars I was preparing for this event (due to an ankle injury late last week ) which are all about 80% complete but I still had a great time and was VERY impressed with the facilities and how smooth everything went. There were some very nice cars out there! SW trailered his C6 Z06 and ran a 11.5x @ 131 on 20" radials!
The food was actually pretty good and its nice to see a track with an indoor place to sit down and eat. I had a Burnout Burger and a Wheel Hoppin' Hot Dog!
Duy congrats on your 8.6 pass that was a sight to see! That 240 definately has 8.40's or better in it with that soft launching 8.60.
I will definately be bringing my car there for some testing and tuning as soon as I finish wiring up the Big Stuff 3 this weekend. I should be there this Friday night with a certain old school 900hp LT1 Chickenhawk.

the 240 has alot more in it..we didnt even spray all the way down the track..we wanted to make sure the tranny and rear end will hold up..and if the car will go straight..man those Japs are badass..that is a bone *** stock rear end out of an Infinity J30
we will be back soon..we took the motor apart and found out the bearings were all messed up..i guess we had some clearance issues or a bad oil pump..
