Default Custom grinding a cam..

Well I think its about time for a new cam. Currently I have a 224/224 .563/.563 112 LSA TR cam. My heads are stage II 241's with 1.6 and 2.02 valves, no flow numbers unfortunately. I don't want anything too crazy, but bigger than this midget I have in it right now. What do you guys suggest? Also if you could give me an estimate of how much MPG I'll lose with the new cam opposed to my current setup (currently avg. 19-20 MPG 60% city 40% highway). Thanks
