Default Brake Lights Stay on ?!?!

came outta work yesterday and my battery was dead, come to find out when i got home and got out of my car the brake lights stayed on?!? so that must of been what happend so i pulled my hazard and stop fuse. and it all worked out fine, that stopped it but needless to say to my brake lights didnt even come on after i pulled out the fuse, ive had it with these problems any help would be great.

replace your stoplight switch.

follow your brake pedal up and you shall find it. its the little electrical thing with some wires.
