I purchased nasty rails and I seem to be having some problems. first the screws that attach the rails to the mounting blocks bottomed out in the block which is fusterating, after cuting the screws and getting evrything mounted in I turned on the ignition to get fuel pressure and fuel comes out of every npt fitting on the ends of the rails wtf :bang: . Is it ok to use tape on those fitting? I was allways told not to. Any help would be great.

Didn't use tape on mine, although I dont have the same rails. I think its wise not to use tape.
Are you sure all is tight?

I use liquid thread sealer on all NPT (pipe) threads.

No tape on AN fittings. NPT requires tape or an 0-ring with a receiver groove.

The instructions in our install kit specify pipe sealant on all NPT threads.

There should be more write-up's/ stickys for the fuel section. Just small detailed information for the DIYer's.

That would be good. I feel like a dumbass, I really thought you were not supossed to put anything on them. I did use the search but came up with mostly using tape so the hose doesnt fray.
