Default compression test results 156-163

I did a compression check on my car yesterday and want some opinions on how good of shape my motor is in. The results ranged from 155 to 163 based on the cheapo tester that I used. Most were in the 160-163 range but two were in the 155-157 range. I bought my car used about a year ago and it has 115k. I am considering a head/cam swap, but not sure if the bottom end of my motor is a good candidate for this without doing a new short block too.

How much life to you guys think i have left in my current motor?

I would say that the test that you have done so far looks good enough to do what you want to do. The oil pressure can tell you somewhat about the lower end of the engine, at least bearing clearances, which tell you how much it is worn.
