Default New here ,doing conversion WITH BOOST!!

Hi there i know im doing this in the wrong section it is because i have a question that will follow, my name is neil im from the great white north (alberta canada ) and i have a 1987 mazda rx7 that used to house a mild sbc on the bottle ran 11.27@129.4 mph with a garbage launch and made 457rwhp 550 rwtq at only 4500 rpm until the block let go due to poor ring gap and a broken ring land....... any way long story short i have a nice little 04 5.3 going into the car now and the motor has the following

30 000 km
stock bottom end with the addition of arp rod bolts
comp 54100 kit including 918 springs and titanium retainers
comp 54 428 11 MONSTER cam in a 5.3 228/230 and 571/573 lift

i know the cams big for boost but its what i have so i might be stuck with it now comes the questions how would a turbo like this be sized for a single turbo set up on this motor in a light car?? im looking to do a cheap junkyard turbo build fab work is no problem so any help would be greatly apreciated ... heres a link to one that caught my eye-thx alot neil

its big...big Exhaust AR...i have a similar one, but with a .96 exhaust AR. Even with that turbo the spool isnt great, but the top end is.

i would look to buy something smaller.

PM Jose, he has some new cheaper units that use garrett parts, but unbranded housings to keep costs down.

No, they are not. XSpower and SSautochrome do not use any parts from garrett. They are all chinese parts.

15 psi on stock 5.3 shortblock w/ 6L heads. No meth, huge intercooler. Air temps stay at around 125-130 in the mid july heat. Headers I custom made. Car waterpump/crank pulley. More details here and build pics here.
