Here's an easy one. Can someone show me what my car would look like with the top painted black as well as the sides that go down from the top?

Responded to PM here since its kinda long and to include Pics:
1.) Outline the area you want to select with the lasso
2.)In the Pulldown menu goto Layer--> New --> and select "Layer Via Copy"
3.)Make sure your new layer is selected in the layers box in the bottom right
4.)In the Pulldown menu goto Image --> Adjustments --> and select "Hue/Saturation"
5.)Use the sliders you change color, saturation, and brightness
Black & White willl be tough to produce like this, so to get the best color from those two, Desaturate the area and then use the "Brightness" slider to get Black or White. They still wont look perfect but will turn out better.
Thats the best way to change to basic colors, explore the rest of the Image Adjustments to find and you can find other ways to produce different colors/effects.
