Pcm Reprograming

Pcm Reprograming
This is my first LT1 build, it's going in a '57. Previously I put a TPI into a '33
Ford, and used a company named "Howell Engineering" to reprogram my ECM.
I'm assuming the PCM will need to be tweeked to delete VATS and emissions
on this build, maybe reprogramed with new specs such as rear axle ratio and
tire size. I am using a painless LT1 harness (if it matters)
Does this need to be done? And who do you "pro's" suggest sending it to?
Thanks,
Jeff

I have always heard good things about Brian, or Bryan (forgot the sp.) at www.pcmforless.com. There is also www.madz28.com or Ed Wright. I can't speak on how good their tunes are, but these are just a few suggestions. Others will chime in soon with their experiences I'm sure.
Good Luck with that '57! Got any pics??
