Default Cold Weather =hard To Start Please Help

Hey guys I have a problem with my car. When the weather is cold my car wont start normal. What happens is I turn the car on and it turns on right away but right away it will start revving it self to 2500 rpms then drop to 400rpm till it shuts off. If I give it a little gas it will revv up high again then drops to low rpms again till it turns off. Does anyone have an idea what it could be?

possibly a vacuum leak somewhere, my SS acted similarly when i didn't have a good seal over my EGR hole on the intake and i see you have done the same mod. Listening for leaks (excessive hissing etc.) is a good place to start. Possibly cold temps cause an otherwise decent seal to contract (most materials shrink minisculely when cold) and become leaky

Check to see if your pvc lines are on properly, one of them being off would cause that.
