I have a 2003 M275 V12 Biturbo Engine for sale. The Engine is complete with wiring harness manifold climate kompressor...Etc. It is almost New , was used for 2000 miles . It is a Euro model. I'm looking for 12000$ . The engine will be transported from Europe to any where in the US for about 6-800$.
