Underneath the bumper, below the DRL, you will see an access flap cut into the cowling that is held on with 2 10mm bolts. Undo the bolts, drop down the flap, and you will see the socket and housing.

You can also reach in to the empty hole below the DRL and undo the socket. Pull out the bulb through the hole then replace it and place it back into the socket. I do it in less than 20 seconds now I've done it so much

You'll eventually end up changing the socket......and when you do, you'll end up with several extra inches of wire, enabling you to pull the socket out the "vent" underneath, and work on it right there in front of the car.
