No clutch
Ive been messing around with this clutch pedal issue for a while now. Whats happening is that my clutch pedal is VERY stiff. I mean to the point were there is no engagement at all. When I first bled the system everything was ok and then I put the slave into the housing. When I put my foot on the pedal it didnt go down. I tried really hard one day and blew up my slave. Ive recently purchased a new one bled the system again and put it back in. Still the same thing. My fork inside the tranny seems to be fine. When I pull it down it has tension, not a whole lot but it has some. When I push it back up its very loose. What am i missing here?, Im pretty sure the tranny is going to have to come back out or could I just be missing the cup in which the slave is supposed to rest in?.

Did the identical thing with the slave.
I installed a spec clutch but the fork was not on the right part of the throwout bearing . (there was 2 flat spots for the fork to fit around opposed to the stock)
This kept the fork from going in the depth that it needed to let it move forward and clear the bellhousing.
I am sure you have a fork problem.

Problem fixed, I had the fork on the wrong side of the t/o bearing. Basically had to pull the fork all the way out and then put it were its supposed to be. Thanks all who helped and had suggestions. And it didnt require pulling the tranny(thank god)
