Default Looking For Tune Help on 94' z28 a4

I have 94 a4 Z28 with...

K&N Intake
160 Tstat
MSD Coil + Wires
NGK TR55 Plugs
Short Tubes + Ypipe (with smog equipment)
RK-Sport 3inch Catback
95 Opti and Corvette timing-chain
CC 304 CAM (Had to change cam to put in 95 opti) + supported springs & lifters
Ported MAF (stock missing metal airfoil)
TB Bypass

(The car came with the cam, I know it's a weak one)

That's about it...

Planning on running 100 wet plate shot on it once it has a tune.

I need the shift tune for more aggressive shifts. (Someone told me it should range between 3.5-2.5 depending on TP and gear)
I need the Fan tune for the Tstat.
I need the rev limiter at 6200-6500.
I need all the normal stuff like spark, timing and what not also.
I need HHHEEELLLPPP...

I have TunerCATS(EE-EEb) and a USB-OBDI cable and it works fine. But it has so many settings that I'm going crazy just trying to raise the rev limiter or adjust spark. And I don't want to find out i did it wrong by blowing it up. I have read my PCM and am currently using the "94 z28 a4, HPP, 160 fan, Shift tune" file from here but it is nothing like the tune my 93 had. The shift is not firm at all and the rev is way to low. I think I actually lost power with it. Previously with the stock tune I put down 260RWHP and 279FTLBTQ. I've been told that with a good dyno tune I could get +25-30 with the mods I have, but for right now a generic tune would help. Any help would be good.
