Default Is my fuel pump dead?

Took my car down this weekend to start installing gauges (boost and fuel pressure), which I didn't finish for lack of certain parts. So I put everything back together, plugged the ECM and battery back in and go to start the car, just sits and cranks and will not turn over. Do a little investigating and I'm not getting any fuel to the rails (nothing came out of the schrader valve). So I turn the key on to check to see if i can hear the pump priming...nothing. I'm 90% sure it's dead. No noise, fuse is good, relay is good. Anything else to try?

The security is probably keeping your car from starting by not allowing the fuel system. What were you doing to necessitate the PCM to be unplugged?

I was routing wires throught the grommet behind the PCM. I actually got it running last night, I just unplugged the PCM again and plugged it back in a few minutes later.
