would a 90 mm m/a n t/b cause any kinda of problems on a stock 02 ws6?

90mm m/a n t/b?

Do you mean 90mm intake manifold & throttle body?

It would be overkill for a stock engine and you'd just end up loosing torque.

no, but as it was said already its not gonna do much. an intake that big on a stock motor wont loose torque, but will put it way up hih in the rpm band where you cant get to it. a LS6 intake is more than adequate,e ven on soem head/cam cars. a 90mm tb is worthless as well w/o you have a real need for it. a ported stock TB for 75$ from a sponsor will give about the same gains for far less

If you plan on h/c or just a decent cam then go for it. But the FAST 90 really shines above 5500rpm so on a totally STOCK internal motor you'll see next to no gain, dust a dent in your wallet.

To see the benefit otherwise you probably need to be spinning to motor up past 6400rpm, or have bigger displacement. Or maybe a decent FI setup.
