WTB: sportbike
Looking for a first sportbike for myself, been looking into either a Kawasaki ninja 250R or 500R. Not set on a Kawasaki but just has to be an equivalent starter bike. Looking to stay around 2 grand but if the right bike comes along could come up with a little more, but the cheaper the better. And the closer to Raleigh NC the better, let me know what you got.
Thanks, Craig

I have a Suzuki SV650. Great starter Bike. Has the power to keep up with the 600's off the line but then they pull on you after about 80mph. It has alot of work done to it. Custom painted graphite metallic. Dual headlamp setup. Renegade high mount carbon fiber exhaust. Fox racing rear shock with eibach rear spring. Race tech front suspension. Corbin seat. Led blinkers. Theres more but I wont go on unless your interested. I looking to get $3000. Also if your wondering what it looks like it is one of the naked bikes.

i started with a ninja 500R while all my friends with bikes had at least a 600. i fell behind them quite a bit and i sold it after one riding season to get my gixxer 600....i lost money on the 500 because they dont hold there value as much as the other bikes...it would be a waste of your time and money to get a 500...save some more money and get yourself a kick *** 600...you wont regret that

i've got a 99 R6 its all stock in good shape, only 9k on the clock and in my opinion it is faster and handles better then the cows, or a kawasaki i should say, asking $3000 for it
