Tr224 and GForce tune = 391rwhp
It's funny the main reason i ran this cam was because i got it for 175 on this board. Turns out it's not bad. Most people say that it is a small cam and doesnt make very much power. If i can figure out how to post the dyno graph i will, but with the mods in sig i put down 391rwhp and 386rwtq with 350+rwtq from 3000-6000. The std corrected numbers were 399rwhp and the car was starting to get hot so i figure a switch to synthetic and cool weather is probably damn close to 400rwhp. The cam has a nice lope on 112 lsa and and only gives me a little trouble if i slip the clutch out at 1000. I still think the car could use a 3.73 but it is a good driveable cam that makes very good power. I also reccomend GForce for anyone around houston. Just letting you guys know smaller cams still make good power.

If you are gonna run them daily then yes......the Nitto DR's will last much longer and are a great tire for the money. I have run 3 sets of Nitto DR's on the my car daily and got roughly 15000miles out of each set.
I have yet to run on MT et streets......but would like to try the 17" version for the sleeper look when I finish building my 12bolt
I have run MT DR's at the track a few times, and they worked better for me than the Nitto DR's on the same night.....hands down! But as far as longivity.....i have heard 5000miles. So I would put them on an extra set of rims and just roll them to the track!

Greetings looking at a TR 224 112, but was wondering if the 224XE .566 or the 224R .581 would be the right one for the combination I want to to run in the future. Plan on running the cam with AFR 205s LSX 90/90, mac mids, 12 bolt 4.10. Keep in mind i live in california and I have to deal with smog. Would I get away with the TR 224R .581 would i have any regrets?
