Good pic of truck manifold setup with K-member notched? Anybody have a good picture of the notching that needs to be done to the stock K-member on a truck manifold turbo setup? I looked thru the sticky but most of those fellas have an aftermarket k-member.

i notched mine back in 05 when I first did the kit on a stock K.i dont have any pics though.We just looked where it was hitting then notched the top layer out

I kinda notched mine to make some more clearance. Just from looking at it. I also took about an inch off the inside of the motor out stand. Heres some pics of my k-member.... hopefully it will work. I also took about 3/4" off the edge. I just basically made a few cuts and scribes, and then beat it down flat and then welded all the seams. I wont know if its sufficient till i get the engine back in.
