Cam install/valvetrain upgrade questions
I am getting a Trex cam soon and I want to get as much info about what I need to upgrade and how to do the install as possible. I know I need to get new valve springs and I am looking into the patriot gold dual valve springs. I also know I need new retainers and it's probably a good idea to get hardened pushrods.
Another thing I was told is that because my car is a 98 I should look into upgrading the rod bolts. Thanks for any information, links, tips, hints, etc.

35 for just the chain to about 114 for a double roller set up, oil pumps from Texas speed 99 -140. 199 for a 25% under drive pulley, you might also want to think about getting 4.10s or 4.56s. I just dropped over 1300 for my cam swap to a ms4 and I did all the work.

I currently have 3.73s so I am going to see how it feels with the 3.73s and I might then go with a nine inch with 4.10s

Three days working after work for a couple hours each day. plus I broke two valve spring tools. duooh! total time was about 8 -10 hours. could have been 4-6 at the most except for the stupid tools. and all I can say is OMFG this thing is awesome!!!!

I have a new timing chain on the way....and a billet steel flywheel.
So far I am planning on doing the timing chain, oil pump, pushrods, valve springs, retainers, cam, and crank pulley....also the rod bolts. Anything else I need to take into consideration?
