Default battery problem?

I just replaced my battery because the last one was leaking acid on the positive side. I cleaned everything up really good and now the green powder is back coming from under the boot on the positive side post cable. I can't figure out what is going on. There is green powder on the inside fender under the positive side. I do not see anything wet on the battery though on that side. The bolt is clean and has no powder on it. When I drive the car at night and when it shifts with a load on it the headlight will dim for a second. Any ideas????

Default

You need to neutralize the acid, try coke or baking soda, some times people use dialectic grease.
