Default Headers

What is the difference between the different kinds of headers. Are the long tubes better than the other types? I am looking for a good kind to get. Help me out! Please!

Longtubes are longtubes. The only real difference is if it stainless, coated, or painted. If you have the pretty penny you could go with kooks or qtp's. On a budget you have ebays, pacesetters, edelbrocks, and others. They will all make around the same power, kooks and qtps might make a little more but not much. Hope that helps a little.

Pretty much anything. I want to do headers, y pipe, and cat delete. I was told it was better to buy as a package but I don't know.

Id say buy (forbidden name) but for some reason, if you told to buy these stainless steel headers, everybody will jump in and tell you their junk...even though they dont have um, and the people that do have um luv um. Save ya some cash and get the same result. The only prob is a custom ?Y-pipe but if an exhaust shop will make you one, then it isnt a big problem

I have Pace Setters, ceramic coated Race style with no cats and bullets dumped at the rear axle....My hole set up (Mind you I did some dealing here on Tech) cost me roughly roughly 700 bucks....That is Headers, X pipe, mufflers and the exhaust install.....

My buddy and I did the headers.....they went in real easy....No problems....Drove from my buddies house 15 miles open headers...it sounded awesome...

+1 or if you don't feel comfortable then get coated Pacesetters and take the money you save (sell the corsa) and invest in a nice true dual system.
