I guess I could dig up an older thread, someone want to let me know when the search feature is working again ;-)
But seriously I know there are quite a few people out there that have been experimenting with some cam spec's.
Would any of you care to fill some of us (me) in.
mine is 244/244 612/612 115-0 lsa...I was planning for the 6sp but I have now changed to a 4sp auto so I am now wondering about this cam with the change in trans. I have yet to dyno

Haha, i didnt realize the search wasnt working... its weird tho, its never not worked for me, eventho i see so many other people say its not workin. I just talked to Jon at speed inc through e-mail on this very topic. He's gonna get me a cam speced for a 370 cu in. iron block setup for a TT setup. Ill let you know the outcome of the cam I get. I would talk to them about getting a custom grinded cam for a turbo application.

I've had it crap out completely for a day or so maybe 8 times. And a couple times where it seemed like the data was wiped out or something - no results on something simple, like "turbo". Most of the time it works great.

I've read alot on this subject, and the most I learned was from INTMD8's 4 or 5 cam changes in his twin turbo LT1.

engineermike, how much of that info do you think can be applied to an ls1.
We know they are air pumps, but one style being more efficent than another , what do you think the out comes would be?

Regarding turbo size, I'm just paraphrasing a conversation I had with Brian M. from Precision Turbo at PRI.
Back to cams. I'm running a 234/114 cam. I've run a 244/114 cam six years ago when I had a 422ci NA setup. Idled okay. You could just try it or spec out the combo with someone and see what they say.
