Default "Viper-spec" T-56?

If converting to a Viper-style T-56 with the larger input shaft, are any other modifications necessary to the transmission, other than the sort of things that would be included in a typical high-power rebuild?

I've been looking at T-56 Rebuild's "stage" setups, and I like the 4A setup, but I'd also like to convert to the larger input shaft of the Viper trans. Not sure what else that entails, though.

Trans should (hopefully) be hooked up to a 550+rwhp 402, and I'd like it to be able to handle a decent bit of nitrous, maybe a 200 shot or so.

Does it require any modifications to the engine or clutch assembly?

Transmissions are a weak area for me, so I'm not 100% sure all the parts that would be affected by an input shaft size change
