Default need help picking

i want to know what would be good a good clutch to that would hold a 100 shot of nitrous on a stock motor. and i wouldnt be leaving off the nitrous. or would the stock clutch hold?

no!!!!!!!! i had a 100 shot on my car and after bout 9 passes on mt radials the clutch was shot! i put a centerforce dual frictoin in an now im leaving at 6 grand on a 175 shot and it hold strong!

no the stock clutch wont hold spraying off the line. if your car is bolt on only, and you want to keep a stock pedal feeling, id go with the LS7 clutch. they can handle under 500whp very well, and it drives like stock.
Watch out for that little 10-bolt dumping the clutch and spraying off the line. add some sticky tires in there and you will snap it like a twig.

no i said im not going to spray off the line and where can i get a ls7 clutch at and will i have to change the fly wheel. also would the centerforce dual frictoin run on a stock fly wheel?

dont know bout the ls7 but the centerforce will. i was even lazy and into big of a hurry that i didnt have the flywheel turned luckey i did nt have no problems but wouldnt recomened it! just my 2 cents!

yes the stock flywheel will work with the centerforce clutch. just make sure you get it resurfaced.

With the LS7 clutch you will need the LS2 flywheel, it WILL NOT work with the stock flywheel. You can get the LS7 clutch disc, pressure plate, and LS2 flywheel from many of the sponsors around here as a kit from the range of $4-500.

i got mine from byunspeed. im sure many others sell them, but i dont know off the top of my head. if you go to the ls1tech home page, the list of sponsors is on the right of the screen.
