Default Dart225 Head's and Stock Rocker's

I tried putting on the stock rocker arm setup and the bar that the rocker's sit on doe's not sit flat. Tha little tab's on each end of the bar do not fit correctly. Is it ok to grind them off or do I need to get aftermarket rocker arms.thank's for the help.

Grind them, they are only there to help the rockers sit in place during the assembly line production.

One other option I looked at was the LPE steel support, it is flat and much stronger. In the end I went with Cranes though so I didn't bother.

Good luck with the heads, what you are putting in for a cam?
