Need Help. My cars life will depend on it!!!!!! OK, Well to make a long story short. I sent my car away to a reputable person on this board. the car has been disassembled and has been awaiting the motor. well after the last 8 weeks of getting answers that were not consistent. I decided to contact a lawyer. well I am not sure what I can do. the gentleman who was putting the motor together for the person on this board. kept telling us that the motor was not together and that it was going to be a few weeks. now it has come to a head that I do not know whom to trust. I will not mention any names. due to legal ramifications. I need help in getting my car back I dont know what to do. now the machine shop who has my motor will not give it to me or the reputable person to have assembled at another shop because it has a balance on it plus now he is going to charge storage fee's which I would like to know what the maximum storage fee is if anyone knows for the state of Alabama. The Motor, which I have been told that it has been paid for by the assembler of the motor. Who is at fault here and whom do I need to persue. what can I do. since I am just spinning my wheels going in circles. Please help.

I hate to say it, but wouldnt it be your fault ultimately for trusting that board member to handle your car with a machine shop?
I would contact the guy on the board and tell him you need your motor and car back, or your gonna file on his *** for auto theft.
I dunno if ANY of that made sense to you.
