Question steering wheel squeek

my steering wheel makes a squeeky sound when turned slowly either direction. its not the power steering pump, its defintaely coming from the wheel... are there bearings inthere that could be causing this? think if i shot some lube (lol) up in the wheel that it would fix it? still handles as good as a stock can can... any thoughts? thanks in advance

mine does that, and its a slight rubbing of plastic interior parts. i dont think it can really be fixed, but mine doesnt do it all the time, so its never gotten persistant enough to get me to resolve it.
