Positive battery cable splicing
What is the best way to add a wire to the positive battery cable? I have a wire with a 30 amp fuse builtin that I need to connect. It is connected to a relay used for my dry nitrous kit. I am not sure what gauge the wire is. It is just a medium sized wire if that helps. My positive cable currently has the main cable along with two other cables which are a little bit smaller attached to the main positive cable. I am wondering how to add the smaller wire from the relay into this group of three cables. I have a 98 Z28 with a standard side post Delco battery. Thanks.

Put a ring connector on it. Follow the Positive cable running to the drivers side and put it under the red plastic cap. I forget what it goes to, been a few months since I even looked under the hood of a LS1.
