VIS Firebird Cowl Hood... Installed...
Ok guys, I got motivated since it was such a bright and sunny day out, and got the hood installed...
Since I was able to get it into the sun, I also noticed a 3" crack in the resin near the leading edge of the hood... I will be calling VIS to see if there is any issue with it potentially spreading... If not it won't matter since I plan on painting the hood anyway (at least in the area the crack is in)...
Please mind the rest of the car, as it has been in the garage since September and hasn't been washed... It also needs to be buffed and waxed, so it will probably be going into the body shop to have some rock chips fixed as well as some spidering of the paint on the front bumper instead of taking just the hood to have painted... Also I didn't get a chance ot realign the headlight doors, but the fit of the hood itself is damn near perfect... To be **** about it I will probably be adjusting the fenders a little, but the spacing is excellent on both sides, at the front bumper and flows well...
Pictures are a little bigger this time at 800x600...

Thanks for all the compliments...
Yeah, I have a paint scheme I am working on... It will be painted...
Actually, if anyone is good with photoshop and wouldn't mind doing a couple of pics, please PM me... I would really appreciate it...

I wish someone would make an LT1 WS6 in carbon fiber, but also none of this 4" stuff...it would be nice if someone made something a bit bigger, just enough...maybe an 1" larger, someone make that and i bet they'll sell like crazy!
