Default O2 sensor or ?

So out of nowhwere the car stumbles and starts throwing black smoke. SES light...Here's the codes:
P0200 Injector Circuit Malfunction
P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0155 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0161 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
I'm guessing the P0300 is the result of the others, but are 155 and 161 causing 200? or 200 causing the O2 codes (especially since same bank 1&2 at the same time)?

Ho2 sensors can set a heater code and not affect driveability of the car. heaters are only there to make the sensors heat up faster so they read faster and get the car in closed loop fuel faster, thus reducing warm up emissions. So the o2 codes are not likely the cause. Now the injector code. thats something to look at, it is definately causing the p0300. So a couple quick checks check fuses, there are 2 injector fuses, 1 for each bank. Check those first. All the injectors should have power at them on the pink wire. The ground side is controlled by the pcm which determines how long to cylce the injectors. so hopefully you just have a power issue, that will be easier to fix. Check all that, hopefully you will find your problem. If I can help anymore. let me know. Later

I did a quick check on the fuses, look good. I'll have to look closer at the wires next. Rich mixture coming out the tailpipes, like injectors are just dumping fuel in. BANK 2 Sensor 1&2.....Passenger side?

yep, they are controlled on separate circuits. If the injectors are hanging open its most likely the pcm because it controls all injectors individually. I would listen to all injectors on that side and see if they are clicking. compare the sounds to the other side. if they are not clicking then thats the prob.

I checked the injectors and they seem to be clicking, both sides.
