So lifters are all the same , someone mentioned the plates that hold the LS1 lifters are different, but Can I use the plates I have for my LT1 to hold the LS1 lifters in place??

Same lifters, just use your link bars as the LS1 lifter trays will not work in a LT1.
Comp. 850-16 is the lifter you want.
