If you measure the ID of a regular lid, they are right at 90mm. If you run a coupler and slip it over the lid, you'll have what you're looking for. Remember that the 75mm MAF actually sits inside a normal lid.
The TSP lid was big enough for an 85mm MAF to fit in the same way.

As mentioned the stock/aftermarket lids are fine. My SLP lid has an OD right under 4" so I used a 4" rubber coupler to mate it to a 4" OD aluminized pipe which then connects to my 90mm TB using a 4" rubber hump hose...zero restrictions and you can really hear it sucking air now.

I have heard of people picking up a measurable amount of power by simply increasing the size of the inlet before the TB but I havnt seen any real world testing.

having a larger opening in front of the throttle body is a good idea, but i dont think its going to help unless you got a stroker or some bigger cubes.I dont see any 346 needed it.I could be wrong but i will wait to see some results before i changed anything.

Also, my LG lid acually fit tighter on the MAF sensor than my SLP lid did. It was sutch a tight fit I had to sand down the ridge on the flange of the MAF a little to get the LG lid to slip onto it.
