Default looks like so long

For those of you who do not know. My car has been in the shop alot. I bought it from carmax on Dec 20.2006. on fri. since the next monday the car has been in the shop. the car has had rear end problems. Carmax sub out the work and arter the 3rd time they could not fix it I asked to have it moved to a dealership. Well she is now in at the dealership and they have had the car almost 2 weeks. They car today and say it is ready for pick up and they will bring it to carmax. They leave the parking lot on a test drive and it breaks down when they get close t Beltway 8 and I10. So I called carmax corp. and looks like they will be buying the car back. Has anyone ever had anything like this happen to them?

Sorry so long,

T

Honestly dude, if the car has rear problems...get rid of it. Rear problems are expensive and a huge hassle.

Tell 'em to give ya $2200 and get yourself a 12 bolt.
Don't tell them what it is for...I am sure they already spent way more than that trying to rebuild that stocker.

We had a similar problem with carmax with my wifes eclipse. They sub'd out her motor replacement and after three used shity *** motors that broke down one after another they finally got one right and told her not to bring it back cause the last one was not completed until after her warranty was up. That is also not to mention the other countless times it was in for computer replacements, transmission rebuild, and multiple other problems. They also sub out there work to some shady *** places.

I had that happen to me....had my car in the shop for a clutch swap at a reputable Fbody shop back in OK. Had them change the pinion seal while the DS was out and they overtightened the nut. Car sounded like a helicopter winding up and they said it wasn't their fault, it just coincidentally started as soon as I got the car back. Had to replace the ring and pinion to fix it.
