Default How big of a tire can i fit with a lowering kit?

alright, i currently have a 1.3" front and 1.5" rear lowering eibach spring kit,

now i hate how the *** sags, so im buying new springs. i want to be able to tuck 295's in the rear, or even bigger.

how big can i fit with say a 1" drop or a 1.25" drop and how much do i have to hammer in fender well?

my car has sportlines( 2 inch all the way around) and I could fit 315's under mine with no mods....but I don't think that's common

About 1.25 drop here and running 315s. No issues. Had to pound in the inner fender well about 1/2 inch or so

did you have to fold in the inner fender lip. or just the inner part of the fender,

by inner fender lip i mean on the outside of the tire, there is a little part of the inner fender that sticks out.

what about a 295? or a 305? im not rolling my fender, so i want another alternative.

would the diff between a 275 nitto 555r and a 295 555r, be noticeable? like traction wise.

is it worth doing?

I had 315's on my car, and not nitto's cause they are not as wide as most 315's, and I did NOTHING, no fender roll, no bfh, nothing.

There are a lot of variables to think about. Tire size is not the only reason tires will rub. Think about axle placement (adjusting the PHB) and wheel offset.
