Damn sick of the wagon and sick of not having my car to drive. If I could get it at the right price and a trade in of the wagon I'd buy it.
I need my car back

hahahaha.. the 944 only has 150 hp but it handles well. I have an 86 Chevy Caprice Station wagon that has served me well for $500 but I'm sick of driving it. When I get the Camaro back It will be a whole new paint job. I'm not going to want to drive it on bad days anymore and the wagon is asphyxiating me when I drive it. The Porsche would at least be better than driving a honda or toyota. Even if it was slow.

**** I hope not another month. Sam called to say they'd be done painting in a couple days .. where are the parts? - UMI had a backlog of k members to get out when I ordered, its supposed to ship this week so we'll see. Hopefully I have my car in 2 weeks. But even still I need to upgrade the beater, I almost ran a red light tonight cause you cant hit the brake qwuick in the wagon, they fight back if you push them to hard..lol
What porsche was in that movie then? 928?

The guys there are "generally" honest. I bought an S10 there a few years ago and they were very up front - spun bearing. I paid the right price.

You could get 944's with or without turbos depedning on the year. The 924 was the cheap-*** version of the 944........never seen a decent one.

My neighbor has a 924. It's in pretty good shape, always been garaged. But it's still a 924. Might as well have a 914.

Correct, and you could get a 968 in a cabriolet (convertible) as well. But all 924s were slow n/a cars.
And a 996 is just a 4th gen 911, like the 993 is a 3rd gen.
