Stock head gasket thickness and Bore?
I am trying to find out what the stock head gasket thickness would be on a 2000 SS camaro and the bore size on that gasket. Looking to buy gaskets that will take 150 shot on a trex cam. But I might need to mill heads so i need to know what the stock thickness would be so I could mill heads accordingly since I have trex cam. A search yielded nothing. I was told that the smallest bore size gasket would be 3.955? But then the cometic say 3.910 bore.

No. Forget the biggest cam is best mindset and pick a cam that will actually work for your application. If you already have the T-rex then swap cams if you want to mill your heads. You can also always get a TFS, ETP, AFR, or Dart head that will increase p-v clearance off the bat, and then work from there.
Otherwise you're just being silly about all of this. Do a search and see that a T-rex is about as close as you can get in stock situations. Anymore and you'll be kissing pistons.

I agree with those above, if you want to keep that cam, run a .040 gasket, mill about .050 off of the heads and flycut. That is the only way to make that cam work well. According to pianoprodigy's calculator you are between 7.5-7.7 DCR depending on if that cam was ground or installed with any advance. The general concensus is that you want to run around 8.5 or so DCR. This would require a .040 gasket and 60cc head with that cam. If you drop the duration then you can achieve that same DCR without having to increase the SCR as much (less mill) which would decrease the need for flycutting (x2 actually, because less mill= less flycut and less duration= less flycut). So there you have it, either flycut or go with a smaller cam. Lastly, you do not want to increase the gasket thickness to make up for what you mill because the gasket is larger than the cyl head conbustion chamber, so you will be decreasing your compression even more by doing that even if you add the exact amount to the gasket that you mill from the heads.
