I work at Mike Raisor Pontiac in Lafayette In. The car is owed by our GM Mike Alsop. I put the car together for the show. As far as i know it didnt cost anything to enter this "bullrun" Mike and his daughter Morgan Alsop were in it together. As far as what the show is about i'm pretty sure its a mimic "cannonball run" except there are events that they must participate in at each check point.
The car is an 01 Red WS6, I put the Lingenfelter LS6 ported and polished heads, LS6 intake, GM hot cam with EFI live tuned by me. It also got BMR upper and lower control arms, front and rear BMR sway bars. QA1 shocks at all 4 corners. Its got a Yank stall, im not positive which stall thou. Its no bigger than 3600. 4l60 with 4l80 components and was put together by our shop trans man Terry Kinslow. Its got 3.42 rear gears, and a Fast duel wideband. On the rollers at speed inc it made 401hp and 380tq. Its a really nice car.

Seems sorta tame from what I was expecting to hear.
Does it have aftermarket springs on it or the factory lift kit?

To be totally honest i dont even know the outcome of the race, but it did survive. Apparently there were some rough times.....at some point in time it went "offroading" i dont know what extent but it came back with the headers and floorboard pretty dented up. It also blew a tranny line while out there as well. Other than that it held up pretty good. I have a hunch that the TA did pretty well due to the date that he came home! Honestly i cant wait to see the show.
