Default Gearing/rearend/driveshaft question(s)

After I finally rebuiuld my T-56 I am going to purchase a torque arm and a new rearend assembly along with a new driveshaft..

I drag race about once a month with 4-8 passes per month or so... Plus I drive my car spirited frequently and I plan on taking my car to a track 2 - 3 times a year for racing..

#1 If I got a torque arm now after my Build my T-56, would it later fit my new rearend? ( I have a stock 10 bolt 1ith 3.42s) or should I just wait a coupl emore months and get it all at once?

#2 should I go with a stronger aluminum driveshaft or a chromemoly for my application..
(I plan on running no more than 420 RWHP by summer and no more than 575 RWHP by next year)

# 3 ( My car is a daily driver) So should I go with 3.90s or 3.55s.... 4.10s are out of the question, beause of it being a daily driver...

....would 3.55s be real similar to 3.42s? but since its a biogger ring gear would it accelerate about the same? or is it worth going to 3.90s and would it hurt my mileage too bad?

#4 The gears I mentioned are based on what Ford 9's come with.. Would that be my best bet for my application? or would a 12 bolt hold up just fine.... ( I am upgrading my rearend because soon I'm planning to run slicks)

Just need those 4 answered . Thanks/

1. The new torque arm should fit with possibly some minor grinding. We typically use the BMR trac pak, which fits great with the Moser rear-ends.

2. We recommend the PST 3.5" aluminum driveshaft that we sell, which is lifetime warrantied, and is rated at 1200 hp. I have seen too many of the stock driveshafts crumble.

3. I would either go with 3.90 or 3.73 gears. The 3.90 gears are out of stock quite often. With your six speed these gear ratios do not really hurt fuel mileage. In town the fuel mileage may even increase, as you can practically use 3rd gear most of the time.

4. I highly recommend the Moser 9 inch over a 12 bolt. You are on the right path looking at a nine inch! Here is what I recommend. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com....html?item=145
