Default Changing the lifters?

I am going to probibly regret asking this, but.

I am doing a cam swap here in the near future. and I was wondering, I am thinking about going with either the MS3 OR 4. I am going to get the package and I have about 91000 on the car. Will it be safe doing this without swaping out the lifters. Or would it be a good idea to change them out, and is it possible to do so without taking the heads off?

Thanks

Lane

No need to swap lifters, the stock ones work just fine. If you do choose to replace them anyway you will have to pull the heads off.

91000 miles and you will have the heads off, I would change them.

I have no plans in near future to take the heads off. Not until I purchase my new ones that is. Then I will replace them, That I do know. I was just wondering if I could get away with it for the time being.

Its up to you, some people do it, some dont. I choose not to because my car only had 69,000 and its my DD so i couldnt afford to take the time and pull the heads.
