most of the salvage yards in houston, dont really have fbodys, and if they do
they want to charge for stuff as if it were new, i mean if u need fenders and stuff, like that they usually want to sell u all the pieces and not just one
they wont sell just the hood, they will sell u the whole front clip, or nothing at all, and the parts u do find, are in pretty bad shape, but u may get lucky.
every now and then some good stuff is available for reasonable prices.
or at least my exp., with salvage yards.

If your in spring, try Charlies Salvage on 2920. I've had good luck and good expierences with them.

you'd probably be better off if you go to Certi-fit off of Mccarty and 610. They sell new replacement parts for a good price.

I noticed you are in spring....There are a bunch of yards on 249 b/n Antoine and I45. There are a bunch on Airline as well, start at West Rd and go south.

I got a bunch of random parts from Tex Mex (they have 3 or 4 N side locations). That was a few months ago though, with scrap values as high as they are, a lot of the yards have been turning the cars over very quickly.
