Default Fuddle 4400 or PI 3500 on my 402

Alright guys, I will have my 402 up and running this next week. Currently, it will be running stock LS1 heads milled to 59cc with a dual spring upgrade. The shortblock has -14cc dish pistons as well.
So, I am cramming a 250/258 .580/.580 lift on a 108LSA in there to see what happens. I may go bigger on the cam, but for the time being, what sized stall should I use? I currently had a 4400 from Fuddle, but I have the ability to buy a PI 3500 from a member on here.

Keep the 4400 or go with the 3500 with the new motor?
