Opinions on my 402 setup...
Hey guys, I was looking to get a widespread opinion on the 402 setup that is in the process of being built for my Z06 streetcar....
TSP 402 -12cc Mahle's, Callies crank/rods
(SCR:11.56 DCR:8.67)
ETP 215's at 59cc with .040 Cometics
Vengeance Ported Fast 90/ported LS2
240/244 .609/.612 111+3 cam
EWP
LG LT's (no cats)
Vararam/Haltech airbridge
My car has a clutch, and a slightly beefed up rear with the stock 3.42's. It will be mainly driven on the street with 10-12 tripsto the strip per year. The heads, and intake, etc.. are off my 346 that broke a ring land unexpectedly.
Jake Fusion liked the combo but reccomended the cam be a 111+1 to carry power past 6,300rpm...
Thoughts gentlemen?
Alan

Power goals?
I'm not really sure...I'm trying to play it on the pesimistic side, but I am hopeful being that I have quality parts to back up the cubes....My heads flow similiar intake #'s to box stock L92's and my exhaust numbers outflow them all on a 3.9 bore with much smaller valves/chambers so my velocity should be great!
I'm hoping for 500whp with a fat area under curve, thus why I'm not going with a big stick in the 402...Basically I'm hoping the car will go solid tens with a not so great 60'.....
With my old combo I had just begun to get the bugs worked out...The car was making 470/420 on a not so friendly dyno and went 11.31 on a 1.74 60' time at nearly 1000+DA..

I did consider selling the heads but seeing as I just bought them in November I decided to run them, not to mention there are a few running AFR 205's and making great power...
I think the setup will have a great power under curve, yet not be a history making power setup...Only time will tell.
Thanks for the thoughts guys!
