We just finished up a 2001 A4 C5, only mods were FLP Long tubes, MagnaFlow cat back, and Comp Cam 26918 springs with an A&A Corvette Vortech kit. At 9lbs of boost, at 6200rpm, it made 476rwhp on a Mustang MD-1100SE dyno. Prochargers usually have a higher step up rate, and are a little more efficient, hence make a little more power.

Ive installed a few of those , but never on a bone stock engine.
on an A4 with 3:23 gears, longtubes/cat'dypipe, catback, that one put down 428 RWHP on a mustang dyno.
another was a 6sp. car with midlength tubes, offroady, carback, inj.s, it put down 44X RWHP mustang dyno again both cars were around 7-8psi. this car later upped to 10lbs and a 224 cam and put down 489RWHP mustang with the extra boost and better tuning.
