I think it looks kinda cool. I dont think i would ever buy one, but its a cool looking thing.

there was a thread in the appearence section i believe, where a guy had this lid. He painted the manta black, and the rest pewter to match the car. It looked pretty cool IMO.

i dont like it either, has a jurasic park theme thats kinda weird, but then again i dont like lids either

there was a thread about this earlier this week.. because the seller of that ebay auction came on here and was trying to peddle them here... mods jumps on his ****..

I can't see the underside, but it could be more restrictive than conventional designs. Aside from that, I don't really care for the look.
