Cool What Lubricant for Rod Ends ?

I have various suspension pieces that have Rod ends and I was wondering what I have to use to lubricate them. I havent lubricated the rod ends since like 10K miles I hope they are fine.

Thanks

If they are Teflon lined rod ends you do not want to lubricate them.
