Default Which Heads for 408?

Hey guys, my car is in the shop right now. I spun some bearings and will have to get a new block. If the warranty covers it, fine. If it not, I'm doing some research on a 408 build up. Questions are:

Which heads for a 408 Iron Block?

I've decided between TrickFlows and ETP. I am loving the numbers they put down due to their shallower valve angles. Since these heads can be milled to the extreme without flycutting pistons, what's a safe number to have if I'm planning to go with a huge nitrous shot of 200-300?

I already purchased some stock and bare 243 heads, would these be a good idea to put on? Should I have them ported by TrickFlow or ETP or should I just buy the heads assembled?

Thanx guys,

Keep in mind the added expense of roller rockers if you decide on TFS.

Don't you need to buy rockers and rocker stands with the ETP anyways?
