i notice you can loosen the nut and screw the screw in or out on this guy.
what effect does it have screwing the screw in vs out?

I just left it set to factory adjustment, worked flawlessly.
The instructions say that the factory setting should be good for nearly anything that isn't an all out race application.
I know this doesn't remotely answer what you asked, but hey i'm just putting it out there....better than posting up in the PCM section and not getting and answer

so info is better than none
I guess I will just try it both ways. this one flutters instead of whoosh when you get off the throttle, I could be wrong but it just doesn't seem like it's opening all the way.

I have never heard a peep from mine, but I do have it dumping right out of its port into the Vortech inlet. Maybe the new T-trim will give it some exercise!
I tightened my adjustment screw four turns in to make it close a little faster, but it didn't make a big difference.
