Not really, it will fit but the 99-00 lids I believe don't have a hole in the drivers side for your A.I.R hose whereas the 01-02 SLP lids have the hole but it will fit but I am unsure how not having the A.I.R tube plugged in will affect the car, hell just remove the whole thing and if it throws a code have it tuned out

ha I feel like with your post count you would know this. And I would def. just but an slp lid for 00-02. Ws6 store has free shipping right now, but they are on back order. I was wanting to get one as well.

SLP doesn't make the 98-00 non hole on the side lid anymore, they're all 01-02 lid's with holes on the side for IAT and AIR, but come with a cap that you can press in to the air tube if you don't use it.
I ordered a 98 SLP lid back in 05 when I got my car and I had a bitch of a time pressing in that cap, but once in it seals well. So if it was purchased within the last 5 years or so, it'd probably be the same in that sense.
Another thing is, it's just a hole that SLP drills into the side. No use having 2 different molds. Save yourself the cash and drill it yourself.

I am sure I could buy the tubing from SLP and I am getting a *decent* deal on the lid. It may well have the hold already in it. It came off a 99 TA and I am un-sure when it was purchased (the lid). I guess I will find out when I get there.
